Holiday Inn Express Strathclyde Park M74, Jct 5 By Ihg, Motherwell

My stay at the hotel was quite mixed. The rooms were decent, overlooking the garden, but facing a busy road which I hoped wouldn't disrupt my sleep. It was a bit uncomfortable with the hot temperature in the room. The housekeeping staff was quite noisy early in the morning, but they were responsive when I asked for more towels and cups. Breakfast was good and served promptly as requested.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and modern, although I wish the bedding and towels had been refreshed without needing to ask. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The service was generally fantastic, but some areas could use improvement. The location was ideal for my trip, especially with my daughters and our dog. The dining experience had its ups and downs. Overall, a decent stay with good value for money.
